The Universal Cell Theory [The Unicell Theory] by Harsh Maurya

What if our endless observable universe is just a body, more or less like our own human body?

         Earth is a just cell in a wide array of space or just an energy flower molecule, like one of the millions present in our body.

             Imagine a whole unit capable of working on itself with just the right type of food provided to it externally, like glucose to our cells and solar energy to our planet. Imagine a single human cell with all of its subunits working day in and day out for production of food or to assimilate energy, isn’t it similar to the organisms going on their lives to procure basic necessities.

 Mitochondria being the energy generator in usable form for the cell, while plants doing the same for us. Different organelles within a cell to perform different functions for its sustenance, similar to vivid, specific functional roles of a biological species for the ecosystem. Cell able to exist on its own just like the planet, with some sort of external energy source. 

          Our planet Earth supports life, like many living cells whereas most of the planets in our solar system don’t similar to the many dead cells present in an organism’s body.

             Cells have plasma membranes to protect them, our planet has it’s magnificent magnetic field to protect from extra-terrestrial threats. 

   Didn’t Rutherford prove existence of large “space” within a cell, just like in our observable universe? Isn’t the resemblance uncanny between the pictures of stars and galaxies in our universe and the still images of cells taken from an electron microscope?

     Black holes consume everything they get exactly like macrophages present almost everywhere in our body. Many of the galaxies being different layers of tissues comprised of cells to perform a similar function. Similarities are endless.

 What if our big bang explosion was really a big bang birth of a new growing, expanding organism?

  We are destroying our own planet which will eventually lead to our own tragic demise from the face of the universe. Exactly like our body kills off thousands of cancerous cells per minute to maintain overall homeostasis.

If there could be some really dumb theories like flat earth theory or theory of spontaneous generation, then so could this be too. I call it- “The UniCell Theory” More plausible, more logical.

   So, Tell Me, can we be just a part of a cell of some colossal creature carrying out its daily activities, unaware of our existence; exactly like we are not of the cells of own our body?

Possibilities are, indeed, endless. Similarities are endless.

Anyways, at least we already know that our beloved universe has weird thing for ‘symmetry’ in every plausible case. So, why not here?
